THE MUSEUM OF EXPLORATION

The Museum of Exploration is 75,000 SF and houses several exhibits focused on interactive exploration and learning with a variety of complexity to appeal to all age ranges. The 96’ tower is between two wings with colorful panels. Both sections of the building are based off of the architectural language explored in the cube studies, but they each have their own rules based on two of the corner studies. The overall form explores the interaction between these elements where they intentionally meet. Together, they form a landmark for the area that reaches out to welcome those who approach from the open garden area.
